TaskPilot ("we," "us") provides AI automation services for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect on taskpilothq.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, business name, and your message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and the time you choose.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us.

Advertising and analytics (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our advertising performs and to show relevant ads to people who have visited this site. The pixel records events such as page views, form submissions, and call bookings. With Meta's advanced matching, information you enter in our forms (such as your email address or phone number) may be shared with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form to improve measurement and ad relevance. Meta's use of this data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy. You can manage how ads use your data in your Facebook ad preferences.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
• To schedule and hold calls you book with us
• To send you emails you've asked for — every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out, and replying "STOP" always works
• To measure and improve our website and advertising

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our communications, each bound by their own privacy commitments: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Cal.com (call scheduling), Brevo (email delivery), Google (calendar and fonts), Cloudflare (network and email routing), and Meta (advertising measurement, as described above). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete it. You can request deletion at any time.

Your choices and rights

• Email: reply "STOP" to any email from us and we won't write again.
• Cookies: your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; ad blockers can prevent the Meta Pixel from loading.
• Access & deletion: email us at [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live (including Florida and other U.S. states, and the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law — we honor reasonable requests regardless.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date.
